I have extensive experience with MySQL servers and with queries necessary to find and remove the duplicated records. If you would like to clarify, from your project description, you have 200 million records, of which 50 million have emails and some of those are duplicates. Hi , i can upload your database into MySQL if you have SSH Access to server. for ONLY 150USD. regarding Percona i dont have knowladge about Percona , you may get someone cheaper once database is imported into your server databse. Hi there, I am MySQL expert, but for your needs I better process de-duping by writing custom java tool that will load file and de-dup it in memory, otherwise it will be very slow if we do it in database, once de-duped I can upload it to your MySQL
