Utility to Identify number of Hashtags for a stated word and link to available .com's

Looking for someone to develop me an app which identifies all available .com's that are available with no current owner, at a point in time that have more than a specified number of hashtags on twitter/instagram. The app will be able to be run from a computer desktop, or also able to be embedded in a wordpress website with a code you will provide. I will be able to choose the number of hashtags requirement and whether it is instagram/twitter/both, and then the utility would show all available .com's. Additional optional fields that can be specified will be; *Between dates - to identify number of hashtags between certain dates *word to contain - to show all available web addresses that are available that contain a specified word, and have a specified number of hashtag results *additional extensions - if I wanted to identify additional extensions that are available other than .com Please quote "Cheese" as the opening word in your bid to prove you have read this and understand the requirement.
