Web application development project for bi-and-multidirectional very low latency webcam secure communication for Webbrowsers with some other special requirements

1) The web page goes to full screen by requesting permission and then locks this screen in such a way that the user cannot turn it off. One-way image recording via web browsers. (Entering the web page with a username and password, obtaining the necessary permissions, and then recording the video.) or (to be able to participate in the conversation using the links sent to them). At the end of the predetermined recording period, the recording will stop automatically and this recording will be saved on a test server that we will specify in the resolution and dimensions that we can predetermine for this username. All links (including video footage) will be transmitted securely encrypted. Ending video recording if exiting full screen in some way, and keeping a record of when it happened. 2) An admin user should be able to access all these recordings and watch the video at any time during the video recording (before, during or after). The transmitted image quality will be adjusted automatically according to the connection speed (Latency must be less than 20ms). 3) If the administrator wishes, he/she should be able to communicate in writing on the user's webbrowser and terminate the user's video recording. Likewise, the admin should be able to logout the user from the session. 4) During the meetings, it will be possible to share all kinds of content (for example pdf, ppt, pptx, doc, docx, mp3, mp4, mov, wmv, avi, mkv, flv, f4v, swf, mkv, webm, html5 formats) over the web page. 5) During the meetings, screen sharing will be possible via the web page. 6) In addition to the requirements specified in the previous steps (all provided), 2 people will be able to make two-way video calls by entering their usernames and passwords on a website. (Admins&Users) 7) When the admin creates a conversation, other people will be able to join the conversation using the links sent to them (there will be no limit to the number of users or admin participants). Admin will be able to create as many links as they want and forward these links to the e-mail addresses they want. These links will also contain temporary usernames and passwords. New tokens will be created for each user and these tokens will be included in the link. The user participating in the call as an administrator will be able to change all session information (add extra time to the call, end the calls, increase or decrease the number of users, adjusting the audio volume of each of the other users individually or collectively, taking a snapshot from any of users or as a whole, inviting users to chat by e-mail, being able to leave the desired user from the conversation). After each step is completed, all source codes will be delivered to me by the freelancer in a completely open way. Freelancer will not proceed to the next stage without correcting the changes or mistakes that I deem necessary. Freelancer will be able to receive the payment only if the tests of system's proper functioning are done and approved by me. In all these stages, Freelancer is obliged to give me all necessary support to ensure that the prepared system works properly on my server. Otherwise, Freelancer will not receive any payment from me. As the employer, I am in no way responsible for the disputes arising from simple word or letter errors in the writing of this project, Freelancer fully accepts from the very beginning that all responsibility is on him. Freelancer accepts from the beginning that all legal rights before and after any content delivered to me in this project will be mine completely and will never share, give, distribute or use in any way anywhere else, even partially, for any purpose. In case of any abuse or inappropriate behavior of the Freelancer, the contract of Freelancer will be terminated by the employer, and Freelancer will be obliged to compensate the employer for all losses arising from this situation. These conditions were clearly stated by me to Freelancer from the very beginning of the project.
