I am looking for a kind of web or tool that allows me to connect to myself and my sellers with my clients. I have a sale of netflix and spotify accounts online, and I have people working for me .. many times I have to send my employees information about a new affiliation or information to provide technical support to a customer ... sometimes when I I find in university classes or driving I waste a lot of time in sending that information to the client since the client sends it to me and I have to send it to my employee of that shift .. then the employee in charge notifies me when Everything is ready and I have to notify the client so sometimes the client expects a lot for me when I'm busy doing something else. As I attend my clients by whatsapp I would like a tool that connects my whatsapp business from my phone to the tool to develop, with an interface that my employee and my client communicate directly without the need of me having to send the information to one or the other but that all the communication is by my whatsapp so that is saved .. I have an ios devices but I also use android

Hi, i can build a website where if wanted) opens a pop up chat where you can directly talk to visitors, you can response by an app with cero delay and you can watch have many workers(to write in the chat) while you can see all their chats. In the website i can put all the info you need and even we could deploy an online payment (visa,mastercard, etc)

I have done similar kind of jobs before but it was integrated to the Facebook messenger. It can be easily implemented with Whatsapp. And I keep to my schedules.

I can make you a interface where you can add "Client number" and "Your Seller Number" and switch it on and off. If it is on, the messages you receive from client will be sent to the seller and vice versa. For this to work for your benefit , you need to tell your Seller to not to talk some stuff directly ( money related ) . I can stop sending the messages having words like "money" ,"bucks" ,"dollar" ,"$", etc. You need to have an active internet connection as this will be using Whatsapp Web
