WHMCS - Solving Bounce Email Issue using mandrillapp

1. I have a whmcs installation that uses mandrillapp as outgoing smtp. One problem i have with [login to view URL] is that for bounce emails, it can only send to 1 particular email address. E.g bounce email from support AT [login to view URL] , finance AT [login to view URL] all will be send to support AT [login to view URL] and the support team will have to manually fwd back which is troublesome. We need an alternative where bounce email are send correctly to the right department. 2. I will also require the vendor to check cron setting that is in use and those that are not to clean up my cron jobs on the server. full technical documentation is required for all work done.
