1) You've exceeded the PHP memory limit due to an excessive number of plugins 2) There's a timeout on script execution due to the number of SQL queries that are happening. 3) There's a javascript conflict with one of your plugins 4) There's a plugin calling a deprecated function in PHP ( happens after a server upgrade) 5) There might be a hack on your htaccess file Solutions can be easy or very complex, if you're hitting the PHP memory limit some hosts will not let you go higher.
