I have a PHP site which works well for me -- it is a scheduling related website that I developed for my own needs. I have two parts to the project, both of which I feel are quite easy to accomplish. See what you think: WHAT THE SYSTEM DOES The system is a scheduling system that allows the user to add users/groups and schedule those users/groups on a calendar. Once the schedule is created, a single button click distributes a personalized email to each user via an API (which you'll need no knowledge of as there are no mods to this). User can also send emails to a user or group. It's pretty simple and clean. PART ONE - Tweaks to existing system 1. Customizable Logo on Login Page (stored in DB) 2. The Notes area already has an editor that allows for text formatting, but there's no way to add an attachment. I would like to add the ability to add multiple attachments to the outgoing email. System already archives previously sent messages -- would be good to store the attachments on the server. 3. Hours Calculator - In a given view (month / week / day), add a simple button that runs a database query and reports back the number of hours each user is scheduled for within that view. PART TWO - Turn system into a multi-account system 1. Copy the existing site and structure, but add a table layer to the database so as to dynamically load a specific user's set of data. Everything else works the same. Existing site already allows admin configuration, etc, so it's just about being able to have more than one set of data. 2. Admin Tool - A place to create/delete/suspend accounts. Create account would be just some simple data collection (Account Name / Email / Initial Admin Username / Subdomain Name). System would create a subdomain for the account ([login to view URL]) and create database tables and initial admin user. The idea is that each user gets a subdomain with their own system. To be clear, I do NOT want to clone the entire site for each user. I want to simply create their own access point and data tables, so that any new features rolled out down the road apply to everyone. I can't imagine anything more frustrating that needing to upgrade each individual account with new files. :) Let me know if you have questions. The entire initial system was created for $300 here on Freelancer, so if you're thinking you'll bid some astronomical figure, please save your effort for someone else.
