Reports automation with Power BI

Neterra Ltd is an independent telecommunications operator offering standard and complex services in Europe for over 20 years. Neterra Ltd offers stable and trustworthy telecommunication services to the business, including internet access, international and national connectivity, collocation, A/V & Satellite services, cloud services, 24x7 professional IT support, GPS services, DDoS attacks prevention, A/V broadcasting, IPTV, and others. We are currently looking for a Power Bi expert to automate our reports such as: • Controlling reports based on the data from our ERP system • Churn report • Deals & Leads reports based on data from our CRM • Other reports measuring different KPIs within the company Data is extracted from the Neterra ERP, CRM and billing systems, and other sources. The prospective freelancer shall work closely with the Company's Software Development Manager and shall receive: • detailed explanation of the underlying data • samples and/or definition of the reports as well as guidance on how the data is currently processed to built them • explanation of the business logic behind the various report as needed • terms and definitions used in the reports • coordination with the Neterra Software development team as needed Key requirements: • the Power Bi reports must be open for reconfiguration and enhancement as the business need changes • the Power BI reports must be open to new data sources, including but not limited to extracting data from API directly from the systems, input from other sources in CSV or other formats • various filters shall be implemented, including but not limited to account manager, sales unit, product, business line, client, geography • the freelancer is expected to explain how the report is built in Power Bi for subsequent verification and validation from the Neterra team • the freelancer and the Neterra team shall work closely on the analytical visualization of the reports. The Project will start with one report and upon successful completion, the freelancer shall be given the opportunity to work on other reports. Relevant work samples are considered a strong advantage in the selection of the candidates.
