Modify Powerpoint Presentations.

This scope of work encompasses the revision process of the originally created Six Sigma training material. The scope of work includes the revision of the visuals within the documents that reflect similar to the provided examples (Process Mapping and Root Cause Analysis provided attachments). With the overall intention of making the documents flow easier, with greater illustration of the material. Current documents are based on advanced courses and are being revised for a broader audience. I. A provided template will be included with the original format for the background included Assurant’s logo. Two files for each topic are attached as examples. The file with "Original" is the type of file you will receive. The file with "Updated Version" is what the outcome of your work should look like. II. Slides should be consolidated when applicable to reduce overall length of deck. III. All decks should include the following: a. Title page b. Objectives page c. Core information d. Questions page e. If applicable, assignment page IV. Replace headers or concepts with icons instead of strictly wording. V. Utilize SmartArt diagrams to convey messages that require steps or a sequence of events. VI. Utilize shading, perspective and 3d effects where applicable. VII. All decks should have a consistent “feel” with the provided example decks. VIII. Utilize the 3 color schemes in alternating patterns. a. Blue – R:0 G:112 B:185 b. Orange – R:255 G:159 B:0 c. Green – R:0 G:176 B:52 IX. Documents included that will need Updated include: a.
