3 Fold Menu for Restaurant

I have a 3 fold menu for the restaurant Bhatti Indian Grill in NY attached. I just need it formatted properly so it can be printed in 3 fold. - Formatting and making sure all font, spacing, margins, colors etc are accurate - word and pdf docs that can be printed this is a small task and shouldn't take anyone more than 1 hr at the most. I will need to see a mockup of the final before I can accept the bid. Small budget. Thanks.
