Nominee Director (Non Executive) Wanted

We are a City based firm of company formation agents and have been in business since 2006. We set up well over 1,000 companies and our clients are mainly international entrepreneurs from Europe. Some of our clients prefer to have a UK based director for their business as in there eyes it looks more professional when operating through a UK based company. Therefore, we are now looking for individuals who are willing to act as non executives nominee directors for these clients. As a non executive nominee director you are not involved in the day to day business of the client at all. You are a director by name only. Very little of your time will be required for this role, maybe 1 hour per company per year. We have around 4-6 companies that need this service per month and you will be paid £150 per company per year in advance. This is an ideal additional income that requires very little effort on your side. We have a set of contracts in place that are drawn up by our solicitors and protect your interest and the interest of our clients. To qualify for this role you need to live in Greater London (any nationality is welcome) and you must not have any CCJs or criminal convictions. No special qualifications or skills are required. We have some clients who need this service right now so there is an immediate opportunity to try this out and make a few hundred pounds.
