create html page from txt file

I have txt files with sales information: CD album name, price, quantity sold. I would like the system to create an html file from the txt file in a table. It would be great to create an html file per artist. I can provide the txt file I have a website that it's hosted at [login to view URL] what do you need from me. I am attaching the txt file
