I need someone to do some research on a particular property investment I am looking at in the UK (Birmingham). Ideally I need a UK based person who can research whether the price is appropriate (by looking at comparable properties in the area), give me an idea of transportation to the city centre and London, know the relevant supply situation in the area, vacancy rates, and make an assessment of the economic situation to drive rental demand. Apart from web research, will need to talk to some agents / industry contacts to get information.
