We are a leading short-term property rental management company specializing in Airbnb, VRBO, and vacation home rentals. We are currently seeking an experienced Guest Reservations Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage reservations and update calendar availability using our channel manager (OwnerRez) Create and automate email templates and triggers Develop and update listings on various platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and [login to view URL] Being in charge of e-lock software for guests/vendors' access codes Coordinate with the on-site working crew and use Trello for daily task management Handle all guest-related activities, such as accepting reservations, providing quotes, and troubleshooting issues Submit damage claims to insurance companies Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in short-term property rental management Fluency in English (written and spoken) Strong attention to detail, work ethic, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly Availability to handle tasks like research, updating property listings, and resolving double-bookings Reliable phone and laptop with a webcam Individual applicants only; not seeking to hire a team or company Application Instructions: Please respond concisely, providing the following information: Availability: Specify your available days/hours in US Eastern Standard Time Zone.
