IRC PYTHON BOT - JUST NEED A FEW LINES FIXED. EASY MONEY

I just need for someone to add some extra code so that it calls the top 10 people in the [login to view URL] file. That is it! should be super easy for anyone good with python! I have already built this IRC bot. So you don't need to even write more than a few lines of code and will make a quick $30-50 I NEED THIS DONE YESTERDAY. So the person that will do this today, 1 day, now :) will win the project.
