Clean-up and extend a legacy Django 1.5 application

This is about a web application my company uses internally for keeping track of its projects, clients as well as its (actual and projected) profits & losses. The app... * ...has been developed on top of Django 1.5, making heavy use of the Django admin framework and third-party Grappelli theme. * ...was created by someone who's not really familiar with Django nor Python, i.e.: Its codebase isn't very clean or elegant. * ...uses South for DB migrations. * ...is currently hosted on Heroku. What's to be done: * Clean-up the codebase, incl. a migration from Django 1.5 (with South) to Django 1.7 (without South) * Replace the Grappelli theme with Django Suit (or some other bootstrap-based theme that's somewhat easier to hack) * Implement various changes and new features, incl. a new dashboard to be created on top of AngularJS and the Django REST Framework (remember: the rest of the application is basically just Django Admin gone mad!) * Add proper tests for the new functionality you create (which means: Pytest and some bit of Jasmine or Mocha) You should be fluent in English and available during normal business hours in GMT+1 timezone to discuss requirements and other changes on Skype. Our development process is based on Git flow, so please make sure you're familiar with that, as well!
