This is a project to develop a web crawler to monitor a list of non-profit organizations in Sweden. The crawler should focus on changes of more than 50% on their website, as well as their social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). It should track when new posts are being made and notification emails related to the organization. The project should be designed with cost-effectiveness in mind, so the crawler should collect notifications in an easy-to-understand way so that they can be manually reviewed for relevance. The scope of this project includes: -Development of the web crawler, using technologies such as Python or Java -Integration of the crawler with the list of non-profit organizations in Sweden -Implementation of the crawler to track changes of more than 50%, as well as new posts and notifications -Creation of a system for displaying the collected data in an easy-to-understand way -Testing and debugging of the crawler -Documentation of the project and instructions for maintenance Please provide a cost estimation for the development and maintenance of this project.
