I am looking for a data scraper that will allow me to input a range of dates and it will go to [login to view URL] (or [login to view URL], Yahoo etc - whatever is easier) and convert all the data in the NBA boxscores (for all games in that time period) to an Excel spreadsheet or a csv file. I just need the raw data dump, I can write code to organize and parse the data once I have it pulled from the website. Requirements: - must be compatible with Mac OSX - for each individual game, I would like a game identifier next to every line item of data in that game. Ie. Houston played Portland today so an example would be HOUPOR25042014 I know that there have been similar projects done here previously so ideally I can just buy a copy of this work.
