I can do this for you. Native English speaker, born U.S. citizen residing in WA. This is my specialty. I literally do it all the time. But I would prefer to do it in Ruby, rather than Python, because there are more and better tools available for this specific task in Ruby. If it's not absolutely necessary to do it in Python, give Ruby some consideration. They are similar in many ways.
