Python sysTray Application

I'm needing a python based systray application that is cross OS compatible. Here's the specs: 1. Runs in systray -- will provide a 15*15px icon ... 2. On right mouse click a window opens up with several options. a. If a user is starting time for a project, they must select a project from a dropdown menu. The menu is populated from a remote database. Once a menu item is selected, they can click a start button to start their project time. b. If the user is stopping their time, they click the stop button and they can enter in what they worked on in a text area. c. The users total time worked on the project is displayed to them somewhere on the page. d. The time is uploaded to the database in XMLRPC format(not sure what this is, but the manager requested it.) 3. Ability to create a new task. 4. The entire menu must look good(meaning I will provide you with some images for buttons etc... This is a pretty simple python project ... I already have the barebones from what I've been working on, but you may have a different Idea on how to do this as I have run out of time to work on this. Please quote me the amount and timeframe as to when you can have this complete.
