I have done similar projects for other market and I'm sure will be able to produce insightful report. Other work that I have done include: 1) Building feasibility models for evaluating investments opportunities in real estate projects (particularly in Saudi Arabia and UK) 2) Capital requirement and scenarios related to debt funding 3) Return analysis for the project and the investors 4) Preparing flexible models to fund a project and generate maximum returns to the shareholders 5) Sensitivity analysis for the impact of capital structure and other cost on the returns

I have a BA Hons Degree in Sociology, which incorporated Human Geography and Population Dynamics. I have a firm understanding of macro and micro research as well as quantitative and qualitative research design.
