Custom Formulations for Essential Oils

Looking for an experienced formulation expert in the field of essential oils. Specifically we are looking to seek formulations for a range of essential oil blends. Not off the shelf private label blends. As part of this we need to have considered : 1. Formulations and ingredients. 2. Sources in the USA of the required ingredients and manufacturers who can blend the actual formulations we come up with 3. HAZMAT / MSDS is a strong consideration and guidance on how to comply with shipping requirements / source 3PL who ship essential oils. Ideally would be to ensure they are amazon compliant but if not then being shipped by third party is OK. 4. Labelling requirements and guidance. As you can see we require a formulation expert as well as someone with knowledge of manfacturers and logistics handlers in the USA. Please address each point in your application.
