I have been working as a project manager in an industry that requires this type of suppliers, I already know 1 supplier who could easily deliver on whatever you are looking for. If the welding requires special certifications (AWS), I also know a company who could deliver on that. I would only require the drawings, if this is not feasible, I can also design them for an extra amount.
