Good morning, I started my career in the years of faculty through the specialized practice that I carried out through the Erasmus+ program. Because I like to work with people and help them through innovation projects, I have decided to follow a master's degree in human resources development and management. Later, by combining studies and work within the multinational BOSCH AUTOMOTIVE, I realized that the economic aspect is very important in decision-making in the field of personnel management. That's why I decided to continue research studies in a Ph.D. in economics. The experience gained within the multinational BOSCH AUTOMOTIVE in the position of HR DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST I managed to improve my personal qualities, but I also learned the aspects of project development within human resources. I consider myself to be a dedicated and dependable individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
