Add 5000 facebook frieds in Australia

Hi This is a smple project. I need someone to add 5,000 male men from Australia who are currently registered on face book over age if 18 to my facebook account male (men) selections only if possible. I would like some one to create a program for our company were we can add bulk quantitys of male men with accounts on face book and based in australia between the age of 18 60 for marketing purposes for our adult dating site and for future marketing campains. I belive there are coders who use (scraper application software or coding) for this kind of work creating a script to auto run throughout the day on our server adding new face book friends requests with our above specifications to our account please advise.
