Sell Banner advertising for a SA based equipment trade site

Global Earthmoving Solutions has been trading since early 2004 and supply earthmoving equipment, parts and service to a variety of markets that includes Construction, Quarries, Mining and other related industries. We have also provided the same products into various sectors/departments of the South African Government – Roads and Transport, Forestry, Agriculture, Water and Minerals. [login to view URL] was created as a pilot over 18 months ago and it's primary focus was to act as a trading platform for buyers and sellers. Using google adword campaigns the site has now had over 50000 hits and counting. We would like to position the global earthmoving site as the leading online equipment trading portal in South Africa, moving on to certain African, then Europe. We are looking for a sales & marketing freelancer to sell advertising space for our website. Must be a self-starter. Once off commission will be paid per successful sign up. We are also investigating adding plant/equipment hire to the site and will be looking to freelancers to signup plant hire dealers to advertise their items on the site for a monthly fee.
