Find some leads

Hi, I need genuine telemarketers for my project. You will be responsible for outbound calling to USA/Canada clients for my web development services. Time wasters don't bid. Simply call them and ask if they are still looking for our services. If they say yes or might be yes then try to close the lead or forward them to us, if you think there is the need of level 2 calling. After you will send us the prospects then we will do level 2 call and will forward you the leads again to do follow up and closing. We have 10 agents working already and need more 10 agents to join our team soon. Let me know if you have prior experience in sales and telemarketing. We might consider those people also who have no experience but they have good communication skills with very low or no accent. Payment The payment structure would be mix of fix and variable component. Initially we would like to hire the people on commission basis at least for a week to see if you are punctual and serious for a long term working position.
