My name is Marjan, I am from Macedonia within the Central European Time Zone, 6 hours ahead of Willemstad Time Zone.
I come with 7 years of experience in Remote Customer Service as Live-chat Operator, of which 4 years as a Customer Support Manager and Account Manager, and I have no issues with NSFW.
I am a multi-skilled tech-savvy, a naturally detail-oriented person with problem solving mind and high IQ, with almost 20 years in the customer-faced environment.
Most of my Live-chat experience comes while working for a SaaS webapp named Slaask where I continued working for the rest 5 years, and my responsibilities were including, but not limited to: answering general questions about the webapp, onboarding of the tool, configuring different features, troubleshooting, providing solutions and workarounds.
Additionally I have done multiple different short-term projects remotely too, including Data Curating, Logo Design and other IT related tasks.
