298110 Smart search install ++

I have the smart search script I need installed and a little web design to go with it. Nothing fancy with looks, something like searchtornado or searchwallet I will need to be able to add xml feeds that are currently not in the smart search script, like xmlrevenue and webanyway I would like to be able to add any xml feed that I want and not have to reprogram everytime if possible. I do not have a domain name or host yet but will get started with same when programmer is picked. Not made of money so I can not pay a great deal and need a dependable programmer that knows his stuff
