PR5 links and higher wanted

I want Pr5 or higher links to my website where i sell flowers. -it has to be do follow links -i prefer related website -i prefer dutch website -site shouldn't have to much outbound links. -the page where the links is posted has to be of high pr and not only the homepage, or link has to be posted on homepage I want to pay per month, i escrow money on the end of the month i release it and escrow again. thx
