wordpress blog content

Hi I have 100 articles already written which i want added to my existing wordpress blog. when added to the blog each post must have its own URL and category on the blog. I want each post to be optimised using my all in one seo plugin Please see attached video for info on exactly what i want done. The video isnt great quality but it should all be obvious to an experienced wordpress expert. Keywords,meta titles,HI tags,permalink title tags, etc all need to be optimised for each post.
