need 100 PR3+ one way links

1)Need 50 PR 3+ links from theme based.( Dog & Pet Related) 2)Links need to be on pages whose PR is PR3 or higher 3)Links needs to be on page where there are no more then 30 links 4)Links need to be on sites that have been cached in the past 30 days 5) Links should be on pages that are do follow 6) We are not looking for Article submissions, forum commenting, just one way links. 7) Full report showing to be provided Site URL Site PR Link to page where our link is placed PR of link Page IP address Added Date We will pay via GAF escrow to be released once we approve the links and get the report.
