Real estate title insurance company links needed

PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU DO NOT MEET AND UNDERSTAND ALL REQUIREMENTS! We need someone to build 20 links for our title insurance and settlement company website, from pages with a PR 2 or better. We will provide the link text. - The pages on which you place the links have to be minimum PR 2 (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed). - Links have to come from related sites within the same theme - title insurance, real estate keyword related. - The page where the link is places had to be crawled by Google within last 60 days. - One-way (non-reciprocal) links only are accepted. No link exchange. - Geographically diverse class C IP addresses only. Up to 5 links from the same class C IP will be accepted. - No link farms or pages with large number of links will be accepted (maximum 50 outbound links on the page). - Links have to be approved before we process payment. Links which do not meet the criteria above will be rejected and will not be paid for. Payment is made via PayPal. We will need a spreadsheet of the URLs that will have the links.
