SEO Script Tools to integrate into a website

All of your code will be documented in English and easily integrated with CSS for quick modifications and layout changes to the site. I am looking for a developer who can create for me a few SEO programs that I will be able to integrate into my website. I will require two versions of each program...one version will be a limited free version and the other one will be the full paid version that utilizes PayPal & [login to view URL] payment gateway. This would require that visitor pay $XUSD for this service after X amount of searches within X amount of days, it should track the user by cookies and IP or other methods at your suggestion. Backlink checker: Someone should visit the site that this script is hosted on and enter a domain name. Click on a button or hit the enter key. The script will return a list of backlinks on the page. I will share with you the exact requirements I need it to return with. Keyword research tool: Someone should visit the site that this script is hosted on and enter a set of keywords. Click on a button or hit the enter key. The script will use an API key that can be inserted by myself and export the broad & exact match results to an excel file. The script would then tell the excel file to run certain operations (macros) and then display the final result on the page. I will share with you the exact requirements I need it to return with. A back-end control panel would be neat but a simple config file would also work just fine. I do not need a designer I only need the code, all graphic design work for this project will be done in house.
