200 pr3+ links required

I need 200 PR 3+ manual, permanent, one-way back links to our main page and internal pages from relevant QUALITY websites. The timeframe is 45 days. You must place 10 links a day per site IT’S OBLIGATORY! Our products are wall décor so all the links will be relevant to this. I have two websites so the successful applicant will eventually be invited to work on both sites If the bidder executes the project successfully, I will be interested in a long-term relationship so lowest bid with a number of positive feedbacks from GAF users wins. We need about 150 PR3 links, 20 PR4 links, 20 PR5 links, 10 PR6+ links spread over 45 days. Every bidder in PM must write me the number of PR3, PR4, and PR5+ links on your list. Also please submit samples of link pages you expect to use for my project and what types of one way links you offer. In addition, please provide PROOF by submitting 3-5 example URL's of previously acquired links that have many back links shown in Google as a result of your service. Bids without acceptable PROOF of knowledge will be ignored. We will check those pages and may contact the web site owners to verify. ONCE THE BIDDER IS CHOSEN, ALL LINKS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY ME BEFORE LINKING. You need to submit me the list of your link pages with PR in Excel format and I will remove any site from that if it does not meet the project requirements. Deleted links must be replaced. Quality of links is important. I will provide required target anchor keyword/keyword phrase and URL’s combinations to the project winner. Anchor text and URL's must be rotated – four-five anchor phrases for each link. PAYMENT CONDITIONS: - No advance payment - Payment will be made via GAF and PAYPAL. - Payment will be paid by PayPal after the links have been cached/indexed by Google. Links must be listed in "link:www.domain.com" command in Google in order to receive payment. Format of Weekly Reports: I will require a weekly Excel report with the following info inside: - Date Submitted - Date Accepted - Site PR - Site Title - Site URL - Google PR of link page - Title of link page - URL of link page - IP of the linking page - Alexa rank of the link URL - Number of outbound links from the linked page - Anchor Text used for our link. - Linked URL (our link that has been placed here) At the end of 60 day period the full report for the provided work must be also provided. LINK SPECIFICATIONS – DO’S: 1. Free one-way manual PR 3+ link pages (home page does NOT count). 2. Backlink pages must relate to our site topic and keywords (if possible)! 3. Our links must be PERMANENT, static html, never expire and linked no more than 2 clicks from their home page. You agree to replace any links which are removed within the 12 months after placement. 4. No more than 5 links must be submitted a day per site (20 links in total a day). 5. Links should be from English language websites only, mainly from US, additionally - UK, Canada, Australia. 6. Maximum of 10-15 external links on link pages. 7. One link per domain. 8. Links must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. 9. Our links should come from the main content pages. No links from the footer and left hand or right hand sidebar. 10. Text links only, no graphics. 11. Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and DO-FOLLOW. 12. Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. 13. Use backlinks from AUTHORITATIVE DOMAINS only. TLD must be .com/.net/.biz/.org/.us/[login to view URL] .au/ 14. Links must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days 15. Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa. 16. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. LINK SPECIFICATIONS – DONT’S: - No Black Hat and other unethical SEO. spam techniques. Only ethical work will be accepted. - No links from rel="nofollow” or “noindex” tag for pages themselves and for anchor text - No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites - No use of automated software or bots. - No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. - No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc., no rented links, FFA sites, gambling, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighbourhood" sites (e.g. link farms, porn and so on), ping sites, etc. - No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, “Classified” sites, labeled links, etc. - No directory submissions, blog and forum posts, article submissions, links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites, social bookmarking sites or from profiles of social sites, comment links, etc. - No .info or cheap domains. Only use general or sponsored TLDs. - NO freely hosted sites (geo-cities, etc). - URL should not contain “.../links/” in it.
