SEO of 2 pages and 2 words

SEO project. The website is a dutch website. I only need SEO of 2 pages and SEO of 1 word each? Page 1: the word is already in the top 10 of google (between 8 and 10) I want to get it in the top 3 Page 2: word was before on number one but is decreased to number 4. I want to get it at least again on number 2 SEO for google and if possible also for other search engines. I pay 50% after the work is done and 50% when the result is there. I don't want you to use forbidden methods!!!!
