Project Overview: - Please start your response with "I Love Adventure" so I know you have read the brief and not an automated response. - Want to add new areas to our Dirtbike Adventure Tour website for new services; 1) Rider training and coaching days; 2) Adventure rides/camping 3) Professional sweep riding and recovery; 4) collaboration; - Make overall website experience very easy to navigate with access to all information; - Set up all the new events with descriptions and dates; - Implement an easy to view and navigate calendar system with what’s on. - Optimise SEO for completed website, especially the new area we have added. - Set up an automated emailing system to promote up coming events; - Set up automated emails for each event to provide required information to clients who have booked. - Optimise iPhone version very simple but with ALL required info for customers; Current Website: TBA to shortlisted applicants; Project Scope: - Re hash of existing website layout and design using same images and text, or re worded text if required; - Set up All new areas for the website, with images and info provided on file ready to go; - Set up new calendar/event schedule that is easy for people to visually see up coming events, or scroll through to future events; - Work with Aiden to implement ALL the images and text into the website in easy to read and understand format; - Set up all the new events for 2024, including automated email settings; - Look at setting up social media feed section on website; - Set up complete SEO for website; - Work on automated email setup to provide event ticket purchases with all the required information for customers up coming experience; - Show me ways of advertising/promoting merchandise sales, also set up an offer of 15% discount on merchandise at point of sale of event ticket; - Offer customer no fees or charges on their payment if they direct deposit to our account and email screenshot of the transaction to us; - Give me some options for marketing strategies using social media and email list; Design Preferences: We like the style of our website, so we want to follow similar for our modifications.
