eCommerce Website Design & Installation

Hi! I'd like to hire someone to help me create an eCommerce webpage. 1) I'd like the website frontpage to look something like this: [login to view URL] - logo on the left top, shopping cart and login on the top right - 1 bar of links at the top (I will need the drop down menus for this. For example, when you mouse-over PRODUCTS, the dropdown list of DRESSES, TOPS, etc shows up) - all the way at the bottom, i need the other small links (such as FAQ, i only need about 4 or 5) and the newsletter sign up box the only thing i need different from the website I gave you is the middle section. I do not need Flash or for the things to move around or be animated. I just need a big box in the middle which I can link to my NEW ARRIVALS page and 3 small boxes below which can link to things like special offers, shipping information etc. (I must be able to change the image / link for these boxes by myself frequently) Please take a look at [login to view URL] - the same big middle box and 6 small boxes below (but just 3 below instead of 6) 2) PRODUCT VIEW When the customer clicks on a link and goes to see the products, I'd like it to be in a grid form, like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL];category_name=Promo_LeatherLace&Page=all&promotype=2 I'd need the image banner (LEATHER&LACE) which I can change on my own depending on which page it is, but I do not need the filters and sort functions. If the left navigation bar (which Forever21 has but Fashion Dolly doesn't) is expensive to make, I don't need it. Also, I need to be able to upload multiple images per product, and if there is more than 1 color, "MORE COLORS" should show under the price in the product view grid form, like in the forever21 link I just gave u. 3) PRODUCT DETAILS When customer clicks on a product, they will go to a product detail page which lets them choose the size and color, like: [login to view URL];category_name=promo_leatherlace&product_id=2074118121&Page=all&promoType=2 I don't need the tables that separate Details, Color etc. I don't need a size chart either. Please try clicking on the other photos in the picture or changing the color of the product, I'd like it to be like that. 4) E-COUPONS - I'd need a e-coupon system where I can add e-coupons which have expiry dates, and limit the number of uses per customer 5) LOYALTY POINT SYSTEM For example, for every $10 they spend they get 3 points, and they get to see the number of points they have. I don't need a conversion ratio with discounts because when it hits a certain number of points I will email the customer with an e-coupon. :) 6) CHECKOUT Customers to be able to choose to register or checkout as a guest or login. Fill in details Choose payment by Paypal/Credit Card or internet banking. (For internet banking, I just need them to have 2 boxes to fill in the transaction reference and nickname which they get from their bank after paying (if they pay via their bank website immediately) or a message that says “Please email us with your ibanking nickname and transaction reference within 12hours.”)
