Small websites and branding

Looking for a web designer to design branding and small website for film/arts focussed company. This may not be paid work, so a talented yet inexperienced designer may suit. Please note, no build or construction skills necessary, only visual design. Estimated 20 hours work. May need to attend meetings (in central London). Could lead to further work if successful.
