Job Summary -: As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, implementing campaigns, analysing performance, and optimizing social media efforts to achieve marketing objectives. Responsibilities -: 1. Social Media Strategy -: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience profiles. 2. Content Creation -: Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to promote products, services, and brand messaging. This includes text, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats. 3. Community Management -: Monitor and actively engage with followers, comments, and direct messages across social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions, addressing inquiries, and managing customer feedback. 4. Campaign Management -: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, including paid advertising, contests, promotions, and influencer partnerships to drive engagement, increase reach, and generate leads. Qualifications and Skills -: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus. • Proven experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, community management, and advertising. • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for different social media channels.
