Matlab Signal Analysis & Statistical program (GUI recommended)

The goal here is to analyze a series of signals called Motor evoked potentials (MEPs). I need code designed to analyze & calculate the values & averages for 3 sets (pre, during, post) of data. This data should be returned to an easy to read excel file. Next, the job is to plot these data sets as standard bar plots with Std deviation bars etc... so that all 3 conditions are side by side on 1 figure. I will next need the code to do a t-test to compare the pre & post data sets to see if the difference between the 2 is significant and to calculate the correlation between the stimulus & the change seen in post data set. The project also requires you to alter the 2nd code (MEP analysis) to include plotting vertical lines @ the designated points to outline the area of analysis. The final step is to add a manual check to part 2 of the code. If an MEP is designated as not good, I want a "ginput" option added so that I can manually choose the window to look for max/min. This will allow me to manually choose the endpoints of the analysis myself. I already have a series of scripts that do the first 2 parts, but I am not a very strong MATLAB coder so I know this process can be made more efficient. ## Deliverables Please see attached files for exact details.
