Business Requirements. I have a need for a small application that can perform the following simple functions: 1. Reformat a single multi day historical trade data file into multiple individual trade date files. 2. Perform some minor reformatting 3. Add two new data fields based on simple rules. The two new data fields are as follows; • A unique identifier with an incremental increase on +1 for each row of data • A trade identifier to be included in the new file based on the rules detailed below. The data within the files remains the same, there are no new calculations. The original file is referred to as the “Historical” file, it contains multiple days. The application will reformat the data as required below and create new files, one file for each day. They are referred to as “Client” files The client files that are created are used by a proprietary C# application to upload the data contained within them. Hello. I'm really interested in your project and will create a C# .NET 4.5 desktop program that does exactly what you're looking for. I've read word file and have one question. In the project description you said that file name "must match exactly to the example files attached ([login to view URL] [login to view URL], [login to view URL] [login to view URL], [login to view URL] [login to view URL])", but in the Technical Specifications file format is "[login to view URL] [login to view URL]". These are different file formats. So what should I use?

Respected sir/Madam, I have checked the project and the files attached. This is plain simple project which can be completed in less than 5 days. I will create the class in c#(as you requested) which will read the provided files and create the client files for each day using the rules explained in the word document. I have worked on such project converting the data from one format to other required formats. This being simple copying of fields from historical to client files, I can complete the script in less than 5 days. Looking forward for successful completion of your project. Hi. I am a Senior .NET Developer living in Paris, I have read your specifications and i want to realize your application. i have already developed several applications which parse CSV,TXT, or DAT files and imported all their data into an SQL Database. In my Folio you'ill find for example CSV Importer DB Tool i have develop in WPF Full MVVM using Sage API which allowed the user to select a folder, select several CSV files. and click to load them and calulate and preformat them before inserting into the SQlServer database. That's why if you choose my bid i can customize this software to match with your need. I invite you to see in my folio the kind of application i have realize for an idea. You'll find a very ugly commentary put on me by a non serious freelancer. You 'll find the UI i have design for him in my Folio and what he asked. But after choosing another developer for a low price than me, he cancel the job and say that the job is not done etc... So i let you see by yourself if based to what i have developed i am a fake developer or not. Kind regards..

I can do your application with no dependencies gui and command line running in the same exe file, I have good C# knowledge. Application may run on command line or graphical window depending or arguments passed to it. output result may send to csv or excel directly.
