Analyze Wireshark PCAP File(s)

I require the assistance of an individual with good/EXCELLENT experience of Wireshark and TCP/IP to review a limited number of traffic captures and assist with some specific technical queries. Please do not bid unless you have good experience with both wireshark and TCP/IP networking. I have some PCAP files that I am experiencing latency or a bottleneck within a 10GB network. Want someone to take a look and see what the issue may be. I have 2 PCAP files - can run other tests if need be. This is just a simple write file between two hosts. Cannot achieve over 20% BW 10GB network. Trying to find issue.
