Automatic changes to an XML file when the file is received

Hello, I can make you this for couple of days using C# and .Net. The app will have configuration file where you set Input and Output folder and XML file name. Also, instead of polling the folder for 30 seconds, I could use a directory watch so the OS will inform me when a new file is copied. Thanks, Goran

I propose to create a .NET application that watches that monitors the folder for .XML files, if necessary validate them against an XML Schema to ensure they are suitable candidates for modificaton, and,if necessary, copy them to the new location, adding a timestamp to the filename.
