CanadaPost website label generator

Will register and login in to [login to view URL] and create label thru SNAP SHIP I need a piece of software that will create Canada Post labels from addresses I provide. Software will need to supply certain information that Canada Post needs to create the label. US and CANADA labels have different information that needs to be supplied. Software needs to have option for me to pick the shipping option and option to provide CC to pay for the label
