Google Map app

There is a list in Excel that contains one client per line. Each client has some data as data in cells. in one of these cells it has the address and in another the city. the other cells have other elements of it. I want to make an application that takes customer data and pins it on a Google map. in the tab of this map to pass the rest of the customer data. For this work we give $ 60 without negotiation. we want it to be ready in 10 days and someone will be able to present it to us with a screen recorder. (please for offers up to $ 60)
