hi, I've experience in one similar project where I implemented it in MATLAB. u had to use video clips to identify some objects and track them. it was confidential so cannot share it but I'm sure similarly this project could also be solved. are you interested it you want something else? you can find some of my works at MATLAB section of www.iquotient.wordpress.com.
