Make changes to gray hat POC to work on Win 8.1 and Win 10 -- 2

There is an article with a proof of concept for elevating to Administrator privileges and the code needs to be changed so it will work on recent version of Windows (Win 8.1, Win 10, 32 and 64 bit).
