Migration to Chromebook

I have a project ([login to view URL]), which is designed to make it easy for non-technical blind persons to use the Raspberry Pi 3B+ through the Arch Linux command line. I would like an easy and highly automated way to install this distribution in any ChromeBook. I would like to know how much would it cost for me to get a careful analysis of how this might be done, what problems may arise, how long it would take to develop this automated process, and what technical or other considerations are important to take into account. I welcome questions, comments, and suggestions of things I should consider.
