Hello, I have more than 10 years of experience in C programming. I can implement for you a console (text) based Minesweeep game as per the attached description. The code will consist from multiple .c and .h files, I will also provide a Makefile that builds the executable (as required by your teacher). The code will be clearly commented and I will also be available for any questions you will have. Obviously, it will 100% original (not copied from other sources). By 2011 C you mean the c11 standard ? This can be enforced at compile time with -std=c11 if this is what you meant. I will also use the -Wall option to ensure the code has no warnings.
